Abstract
Az orvosi feljegyzések fejlődéstörténete magába foglalja a tünetek, kórokok és betegségek felismerését, rögzítését. Az embereket érintő változások (mint pl. mortalitás, termékenység, migráció,) betegségek (fertőző és nem fertőző), amelyek befolyásolják az egészségüket, életüket dokumentumokkal, számadatokkal, leírásokkal, következtetésekkel jobban megismerhetővé lehet tenni. Ezen ismeretek segítségével megelőzhetőek, gyorsabban és nagyobb hatással gyógyíthatókká válhatnak a betegségek. Eszköz arra, hogy az orvosi tapasztalatot és tudást tovább adják generációról generációra, hogy megmaradjon az egyszeri tapasztalat, amelyből később a sokaságra is lehet következtetni. Ezek az orvosi tapasztalatok, tényezők rögzítése végigkíséri az emberiséget. | The evolutionary history of medical records includes recognising and recording symptoms, pathologies and diseases. The changes affecting people (such as mortality, fertility, and migration,) and diseases (infectious and non-communicable) that affect their health and lives can be better understood through documents, figures, descriptions, and conclusions. With this knowledge, diseases can be prevented and cured faster and with greater impact. It is a means of passing on medical experience and knowledge from one generation to the next so that one experience can be preserved and later used to conclude many. These medical experiences, a record of factors, have accompanied humanity throughout its history.
